11:20 a.m. – Caller reports a hit and run that occurred at Bi-Mart on Aug. 12, 1980 Main St. Approximate value of damage $400.

3:06 p.m. – Mikeal Gerald Strawn, 28, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, a Lebanon Municipal warrant for driving under the influence of intoxicants, and a Linn County Justice Court warrant for hit and run, 1950 Main St.

5:33 p.m. – Caller reports male stopped them in their vehicle at 3137 Main St. and yelled at them for speeding. He tried to pull brother out of the truck and punched the vehicle window. Male tried to follow them when they left location but turned around. Report taken for harassment.

7:12 p.m. – Caller reports someone stole an airsoft gun from his vehicle, 1299 41st Ave. Report taken for second degree theft, approximate value $109.

1:13 a.m. – Donald Glenn Rogers, 59, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree criminal trespass, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

1:37 a.m. – Caller reports male attempted to steal his truck, 2230 Main St. A. Report taken for third degree theft, approximate value $50.

3:16 p.m. – Jerrod Slade Schooley, 49, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree criminal mischief, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

4:11 p.m. – Heather Linn Thompson, 43, cited and released on Linn County Circuit warrant for failure to appear on original charges of unauthorized use of vehicle, a first degree charge, and a criminal citation X2, 877 14th Ave.

Aug. 16

7:16 a.m. – Cody Allen Bowman, 33, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree theft, 1890 Kalmia St.

9:30 a.m. – Officer located smoldering fire at 1400 24th Ave. Report taken for reckless burning, second degree criminal trespass and third degree criminal mischief.

3:57 p.m. – Caller reports someone hacked his phone and took $19,000 from his bank accounts, 1633 11th Ave.

4:40 p.m. – Monica Anne Palmer, 31, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second degree criminal trespass, Corvallis Police Department.

7:07 p.m. – Caller reports male is taking wood that is by her fence and placing it onto his property, 2241 Nandina St. Bryce McGowan, 39, arrested for first degree theft and on a U.S. Marshall’s warrant for probation violation – possession of a weapon.

9:50 p.m. – Jeremy Ferebee, 44, arrested on Linn County Circuit Court felony warrants for illegal use of credit card X2, first and third degree theft, identity theft and second degree forgery, a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second degree forgery, and an Albany Municipal Court cite and release warrant for third degree theft, 15th Avenue/Main Street.

10:24 p.m. – Callers report a theft at Hilltop Market, 4824 Main St. Approximate loss of value $80.

10:32 a.m. – Robert Edward Hilliard, 53, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, Albany Police Department.

2:55 p.m. – Jack Edward Counts, 34, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fraudulent use of credit card, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

4:05 p.m. – Chelsie Leann Baxter, 34, cited and released on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation, 1200 block Nandina St. Also cited for driving with a suspended license.

7:37 p.m. – Matthew Walsh, 33, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree criminal trespass X2, 600 block Main St.

7:50 p.m. – Caller reports male broke the lock on the door around 3:00 p.m. today, Hilltop Market, 4824 Main St.

10:42 p.m. – Linn County dispatch stated call came from a 911 only phone. A female reported she was being attacked by her boyfriend. Gabriel Hernandez, 22, arrested for domestic violence menacing and attempted domestic violence first degree assault, 937 Nandina St. 2.

11:07 p.m. – Caller reports items were stolen, 1530 Tamarack St. Approximate loss of value $50.

Aug. 18

3:15 a.m. – Caller reports ex-boyfriend punched and backhanded her, 4824 Main St. Report taken for domestic violence harassment.

2:13 p.m. – Josiah Andrew Bybee, 24, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third degree theft, Linn County Jail.

3:24 p.m. – Caller reports she was assaulted by her granddaughter, 1038 13th Ave. Report taken for fourth degree assault.

8:30 p.m. – Caller reports male has an open container and acted like he was going to hit him with it, 1400 block 24th Ave. Jason Michael Comer, 46, arrested on Linn County Parole and Probation detainer due to him being intoxicated.

8:55 p.m. – Caller reports his son stole his vehicle about 14 hours ago, 1198 38th Ave. Report taken for unauthorized use of motor vehicle.

11:02 p.m. – Gabrielle Kait Bernhardt, 27, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

Aug. 19

4:03 a.m. – Caller reports he and his wife were in a physical altercation, 1350 Fern Lane. Charles Glenn Wyclendt, 31, arrested for fourth degree domestic violence assault.

9:37 a.m. – Benjamin Philip Hyatt, 44, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree criminal trespass, Lebanon Police Department.

11:37 a.m. – Caller reports male is yelling and throwing things on the sidewalk and into the roadway, 3200 block Main St. Matthew Michael Walsh, 33, arrested for second degree disorderly conduct.

1:23 a.m. – Caller reports bicycle was stolen, 1540 Main St. Report taken for second degree theft, approximate value $475.

2:27 p.m. – Caller reports she lost $220 at Taco Bell, 1502 Main St. Report taken, investigation continuing.

8:08 p.m. – Ethan Dalton Smith, 22, cited for no valid driver’s license and driving uninsured, Holley Road/Main Street.

8:22 p.m. – Kevin Donald Willard, 38, cited for driving with a suspended license, Coffee Hut parking lot.

8:41 p.m. – Jeremy Grant Saulmon, 43, cited and released for driving with a suspended license, 3037 Main St.

9:19 p.m. – Callers report motor vehicle crash, 1300 block Main St. No injuries. Damage is well over $2,500. Rizael Rae Moore, 17, cited for unlawful turn.

Aug. 20

6:22 a.m. – Brandon Ryan Freeman, 29, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third degree theft, 1198 38th Ave. Arrested on Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third degree theft. Also arrested for unauthorized use of vehicle.

6:43 a.m. – Caller reports male is at 1372 Quince St. breaking windows. Report taken for second degree criminal mischief.

1:55 p.m. – Adam Garrette Johnson, 38, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, Linn County Jail.

4:26 p.m. – Caller reports finding a bag that looks like it contains meth, 5050 Mountain Fir St. Property seized for destruction.

1:17 a.m. – Robbie Ray Kennedy, 40, cited and released on Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court, Zelkova Park, 3103 Zelkova St. Also cited for driving with a suspended license.
